Order Cancellation Policy

At Adeel Traders, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Our goal is to make this process simple and transparent for our customers.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched.
  • To cancel, please contact our customer support team through email, WhatsApp, or the Contact Us page with your order number.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, your payment (if made online) will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • In such cases, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.

3. Prepaid Orders

  • For prepaid (online payment) orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be made through the same payment method used at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Repeated cancellations may result in restrictions on placing future COD orders.

5. Order Cancellation by Adeel Traders

Adeel Traders reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, such as:

  • Out-of-stock items
  • Invalid shipping address or contact details
  • Payment verification issues
  • Technical errors or fraudulent activity

If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified immediately, and any paid amount will be refunded promptly.

6. Need Help?

  • All online transactions are secure and encrypted.
  • Adeel Traders will never ask for your personal PIN or password.
  • Always ensure you make payments only through official channels.
