If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The return or exchange request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note:
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products that are used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Certain products (such as cosmetics, personal items, or hygiene-related goods) may not be eligible for return once opened.
Return & Exchange Process
- Submit your request within 48 hours through our Contact Us page or by emailing our support team.
- Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear product photos.
- Our team will verify the details and guide you through the return or exchange process.
Refund or Replacement
Once your return is approved and the product is received in its original condition, you may choose one of the following:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability), or
- A refund, which will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Important Note
Adeel Traders reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
